Position Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. This role involves addressing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers, ultimately contributing to PT&C's reputation for excellence in the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
Process customer orders and returns efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to resolve issues related to product availability, delivery, and quality.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
Provide support for product training and education, assisting customers in understanding the technical aspects and applications of our medical tubes.
Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and escalations, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes that may impact customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Working Conditions:
Work is primarily performed in an office environment, with occasional interaction with production areas.
May require flexibility in hours to accommodate customer needs.
